About ADHC

An ADHC center is a licensed, community-based facility that provides daytime health care, social activities, meals, therapy, and transportation to adults who need supervised care during the day. Participants attend on weekdays and return home each evening. It's an excellent alternative to full-time residential care.
While regular adult day care focuses primarily on socialization and supervision, ADHC provides a higher level of care that includes skilled nursing, physical and occupational therapy, health monitoring, and individualized care plans — all under the supervision of licensed medical professionals.
Our center is open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Participants typically arrive between 7:00 and 9:00 AM and are transported home between 3:00 and 5:00 PM.

Enrollment

Adults who need help with daily activities, have chronic health conditions, or benefit from supervised daytime care may qualify. Most participants are seniors, but adults of all ages with qualifying conditions are welcome. Our team can help determine eligibility during a free assessment.
Getting started is simple: contact us by phone or through our website, and we'll schedule an initial assessment. During the assessment, our team evaluates your loved one's needs and develops a personalized care plan. Once approved, they can begin attending within days.
Absolutely. We encourage families to schedule a tour of our center first. This allows your loved one to see the facility, meet the staff, and get a feel for the daily environment before making a decision.

Insurance & Costs

Daily Care & Safety

A typical day includes breakfast upon arrival, morning activities (exercise, arts, music), a therapy or nursing session, a nutritious lunch, afternoon programs (games, cultural activities, gardening), a snack, and transportation home. Every day is structured but flexible to meet individual needs.
Our licensed nursing staff is trained to handle medical situations and we have emergency protocols in place. In the event of an emergency, we immediately contact 911 and the participant's family. We also coordinate with each participant's primary physician as needed.
Yes. Our kitchen prepares meals that accommodate a variety of dietary requirements, including diabetic-friendly, low-sodium, heart-healthy, and culturally appropriate options. We work with each participant's care plan to ensure their nutritional needs are met.
