A Typical Day at Sunrise

Here's what a day looks like for our participants.

7:00 – 9:00

Arrival & Breakfast

Transportation picks up participants. A warm breakfast and morning health checks welcome everyone.

9:00 – 10:30

Morning Activities

Group exercises, arts and crafts, music therapy, or cognitive stimulation games.

10:30 – 11:00

Morning Snack

A healthy snack break with socialization time.

11:00 – 12:00

Therapy & Nursing

Individual physical or occupational therapy sessions, nursing assessments, and medication management.

12:00 – 1:00

Lunch

A nutritious, freshly prepared lunch with options for dietary restrictions.

1:00 – 2:30

Afternoon Program

Cultural activities, movie screenings, gardening, social games, or educational programs.

2:30 – 3:00

Afternoon Snack

Light refreshments and relaxation time before departure.

3:00 – 5:00

Departure

Transportation brings each participant safely home.

Skilled Nursing

Our licensed nursing team provides continuous health monitoring and care throughout the day, giving families confidence that their loved one's medical needs are met.

Daily vital sign monitoring (blood pressure, blood sugar, oxygen levels)

Physician coordination and health reporting to families

Social & Recreational Activities

Our activity program is designed to bring joy, stimulate the mind, and build meaningful connections between participants.

Arts and crafts, painting, and creative expression
Music therapy, sing-alongs, and cultural performances
Brain games, trivia, and cognitive stimulation exercises
Holiday celebrations, birthday parties, and group outings

Seniors engaging in fun group activities and social programs

Freshly prepared nutritious meal with healthy vegetables and proteins

Nutritious Meals

Good nutrition is essential to health and well-being. Our meals are freshly prepared on-site and designed to meet each participant's dietary needs.

Physical & Occupational Therapy

Our licensed therapists help participants maintain and improve their physical abilities through individualized therapy programs.

Personalized physical therapy to improve strength and mobility
Occupational therapy for daily living skills
Fall prevention and balance training
Post-surgical and post-hospitalization rehabilitation

Non-Medical Transport

Getting to and from our center is easy. We provide complimentary, non-medical door-to-door transportation for all enrolled participants.

Ongoing Care

Health Monitoring

We keep a close eye on your loved one's health with regular assessments and clear communication so you always know how they're doing.

Regular vital sign monitoring and documentation
Chronic disease tracking (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
Health status updates and family communication
Coordination with primary care physicians and specialists

Insurance & Coverage

Medicaid & Insurance Accepted

Most of our participants are covered through Medicaid at no out-of-pocket cost to the family. Our team will help you determine eligibility and walk you through every step of the enrollment process.
